Which cryptocurrencies are supported in the Wallet, and how can I purchase them?
WhiteVault supports BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, TRX, BNB, and POL tokens. To purchase cryptocurrencies, You can use integrated third-party exchanges. Please note that a network transaction fee (gas fee) applies to every transaction, which varies depending on current network congestion.
How can I securely store my Wallet and protect myself from fraud?
Store your 12-word phrase offline, never share it, double-check addresses and networks before sending, and avoid unknown links or fake support messages asking for your phrase.
I've lost my 12-word recovery phrase — is it possible to restore it?
Unfortunately, no. your recovery phrase is your unique, personal key to accessing your funds. It is not stored on our servers or by any third party. If You lose it, your account and funds are lost forever. Always keep your recovery phrase in a secure location.
My sent or received funds haven't appeared in my balance yet — why is this happening?
Blockchain transactions can be delayed due to network congestion. Each network requires a specific number of confirmations (typically 1–6). You can track your transaction status by checking your Transaction Hash (TXID) on a blockchain explorer (such as Etherscan or Blockchain.com). If the transaction remains "pending," please wait for the network to clear.

If a confirmed transaction hasn't appeared after 1 hour, please us your Transaction Hash and email address so we can investigate and contact You.
I sent cryptocurrency to the wrong address — can I get it back?
Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be undone. If the address belongs to an active user, you may try contacting them to request a refund. However, the best protection is to always double-check the address before sending.
